The hdmi connectors are more durable metal not plastic.. cord is braided. I bought 4k tv, but was still using old hdmi cables. The ps5 was on would take several minutes before so screen on tv. Few weeks ago while playing ps5, got message please make sure device has a power. Talked to tv and ps5 both recommend replacing hdmi cable. So bought this one. Now the cable arrived loose in unsealed bag.. box cable seems good durable
