Nice looking bookstand
Product does what it's meant to do. Two of the wood boards had flaws (2-3 inch long cracks) in them, but still appears to be stable.

Love this!
I love the overall looks and color shade of this storage bookshelf. I used it to store toys in my living room. It initially didn't feel sturdy when putting together but once the backing was applied it pulled it all together and made it seem much more sturdy.

Was anticipating the final product until putting it together
We found an H panel without dowel holes and no customer service on a holiday weekend. Disappointed in the inconvenience, but hope it's corrected quickly, since I spent extra money for Sauder brand.

Economical and elegant!
I purchased this kit because I was looking for a good looking unit for my living room that would hold books, art supplies and collectibles. I have purchased Sauder kits in the past, so felt confident with this brand. I love the maple laminate on engineered wood. The kit reliably fit together without a problem. I am a 71 year woman and the only help I needed was to flip it over to apply the backing and to stand it up and move it into place. It holds large books and binders and is incredibly sturdy. I absolutely love this piece. It is just what I wanted; functional, yet elegant. It looks like something you would pay a lot more for in a furniture store. You cannot go wrong with Sauder!

This is a beautiful piece of furniture, and it blends so nicely with the rest of my furniture. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend purchasing this bookcase for your home or office. I was looking for a bookcase that was not too tall but sturdy, and this bookcase fits my requirements perfectly.
