This Briarbrook File Pedestal Tower, was packaged very well. However, the box it was shipped in had a large gouge which went into the product, damaging the "V"piece. This is obviously a shipment problem and not that of the product, which we like very much and looks nice and sturdy. Would be great if we could get this particular piece replaced. Does take time to assemble, and one hole had to be drilled but otherwise went together well.
