Q: I have used this razor/shaver for about 10 years and they continue to grow mold in all of the crevices. I have tried cleaning with brushes and mold & mildew sprays to no avail. Please re-design!
A: If you see mold then it’s too old. You have kept it too long. That’s when you need to toss and get a new one.

Q: Where does the battery go and how do you put it in?
A: Holding the Hydro Silk Trimstyle with the razor end up and the Schick logo facing you, twist the bottom half of the unit to the left and pull the bottom half down. Insert a AAA Lithium battery into the white tube on the bottom half of the unit, with the + side facing down. With the bottom half slightly turned to the left (button will be on left side), re-attach the bottom half of the razor to the top half by pushing the white tube on the bottom half into the green opening on the top half; then twist the bottom half to the right to secure and close.

Q: what razor refills fit with this razor/trimmer? I have bought the hydro silk razor blades and the hydro silk 3 razor blades and neither fit into the razor.

Q: Can I use the blade refills for the men's Schick Hydro? Or does it have to be the silk version only?
