Excellent product for water element balance with the same Chinese herbs and effectiveness as a far more expensive brand. DO take as directed, 2 capsules, twice a day for best results. I've been taking this supplement for over three months now with great, consistent results.

Excellent Herbal Combination
Schizandra adrenal complex has helped me so much. I am post-menopausal, with sleeping problems, feeling tired during the day, waking up in the morning and ready for a nap in the afternoon. In just less than two weeks of taking this herbal combination it has helped me a great deal. I chose Planetary Herbals, and this combination of herbs, after 'much' research on the web. I had shopped around for the price of this particular combination and brand and Swanson's had the best price. I needed delivery to Canada and there were no problems at all. Their customer service is marvelous, couldn't be better. I'd definitely order through them again, why would I go anywhere else?
