Craig Schilling is currently a Professor of Educational Leadership at Concordia University Chicago. He has been a school administrator, CEO, consulted from numerous school districts. published six books, and recipient of multiple national awards for his service to education.
Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago teaching human resource management and leadership. He has authored over twenty books and two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, school administrator, and consultant.
