Many pads will help keep wood floors safe but these also kept our couches from moving/sliding around. The color doesn’t match anything but that’s a non issue as no one can see them on the back legs of our couches.

2 years ago we had hardwood flooring installed so I purchased these pads for use on 4 different pieces of furniture (2 chairs, a loveseat and a sofa). To my dismay the hardwood is now discolored under all 4 pieces. The flooring for under the other pieces of furniture on which I used felt pads is fine. Very disappointing.
