A: These are Not MEGA, look at package. but when searching for MEGA you get these small rolls. UNREAL.

A: Yes, but it's only half the size it used to be now. Same price. Different package graphics and size of roll to confuse you. Still calling it a "mega" roll too.

My family has been using Scotts products for as long as I can remember. For the past few years we have been using Comfort Plus toilet paper. Recently the so-called "mega" roll was reduced from 425 sheets per roll to 310 sheets per roll - a 27% reduction. Although the product quantity decreased by 27%, the retail price only dropped approximately 20% in local stores. But we stuck with it because we had used it and liked it. And now we discover it's no longer soft. Instead it feels dry and harsh - nothing soft about it at all. On top of that, the last 12 mega roll package we bought looks like it was rolled by hand in a third world country. Each roll is wound unevenly and it's embarrassing to put this out when we have guests. Time to look elsewhere.

As a rule, I don't use 1-ply toilet paper, but now that has changed. This product is a game-changer. Its design offers 2-ply performance but with the anti-clog properties of a 1-ply. My new favorite.

Hadn’t ever bought this brand before. It isn’t too soft, no weird shedding of fiber. Strong enough to stay together. Has enough texture to be effective even used or for a diaper change in a pinch. I’d buy this brand again.

I wonder if Scott thinks they are fooling everybody by downsizing the rolls of TP? The rolls and amount of paper on them is truly laughable! After this last purchase I will be very careful of future purchases from Scott brand.
