Scrubbing Bubbles® Fresh Brush Starter Kit is the only toilet cleaning system with flushable pads for a convenient clean. When it’s bowl season, you need to bring your A-game. That's why Scrubby puts you in full commode mode with the complete toilet toolkit.

Each Starter Kit includes a 19 inch handle, 8 pads and a stand. Power through hard water, mineral, and limescale stain with this toilet bowl brush and holder. Just flush the dirty pads when finished for easy-peasy cleaning!

Total bowl protection and a brush you can flush? That’s cleaning reinvented.

For an even deeper clean, use Scrubbing Bubbles® Fresh Brush Heavy Duty Refills (Non-flushable pads).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: HOW TO USE: To assemble Fresh Brush Starter Kit - Snap the two handle pieces together until the tabs lock. Assembly is permanent. Fresh Brush Flushables: 1. Open pouch by cutting at dotted line. Break off one pad. 2. Slide blue button on handle away from you to open the jaws fully. Line jaws up with a pad, grasp the pad, then slide button toward you until you hear a click. 3. Immerse pad in water and swish to activate cleaner. Scrub bowl, including under the rim. 4. Slide blue button away from you to release pad into the toilet. Flush the dirty pad when finished! 5. Store handle in the stand. 6. For an even deeper clean, use Fresh Brush Heavy Duty Refills! (Non-flushable pads) NOTE: Any toilet and drain line can clog if overloaded with bulk waste. For the best results, flush only one pad at a time and separately from other tissue or wipe. IF USING A LIFT PUMP, DO NOT FLUSH PADS. Store handle and unused pads in a dry place. Reuse the handle with a clean, flushable pad.

Q: Does this starter kit come with a "plastic hanger" that hooks to the handle and can be fastened on the side of the commode? The ones I bought several years ago had that option and it's very handy.

    Falls Apart Before You Can Finish Cleaning

    I really wanted to like these, but they are a huge disappointment! This was my first time using them, and while they did clean the toilet, you really have to scrub to get the job done. Unfortunately, as soon as you start scrubbing with any pressure, the cleaning pad starts falling apart and ends up in the toilet. The wand doesn’t seem strong enough to keep the pad securely in place. I understand that the pads are supposed to be flushable, but they shouldn’t be falling apart before you can even finish the job they were designed to do! I couldn’t even finish cleaning my toilet because the pad completely fell apart. Even though they’re advertised as flushable, I’m not willing to test that out. Our house was built in the 1920s, and our plumbing can clog easily, so I’d rather not take the chance. If you’re looking for an easy and convenient way to clean your toilet, I’d recommend sticking with the Clorox ToiletWand and its refills. I’ve had a much better experience with those. These were a complete waste of money, and I definitely won’t be purchasing them again! Picture is of the toilet after I fished out all the padding pieces.

    Used to be great, now won't stay in wand

    Used to be the best, now they are thinner, they will not stay in the jaws of the wand, get started cleaning and after a single swipe in the toilet it falls out, very disappointing. Another company on the shrinkflation band wagon.

    Horrible product engineering failure

    Refill falls off wand constantly. Who engereered this a 5 grader? Don't flush these either such a bad idea will create a plug in your drains or septic system. Make something that has been tested this is a complete disaster. .

    These need to be redesigned. The Clorox ones work 1000% better and doesn’t break apart before you finish cleaning.

    Not happy with these.

    These are not Saturday enough to get stains off. Also do not work well under the rim. Bring back the heavy duty sponge refills!!!

    Flimsy stand and wand grabber breaks

    I loved the product until after my fifth use of using it the wand grabber broke. Every time I put the refills the grabber would drop it and not hold it defeating the whole purpose of the product. I also can’t just buy the wand without purchasing more pads that I don’t need. Very sad, I don’t recommend after this experience

    Works great with no mess

    I've been using this product for at least 8 years. I think it works great for all of my needs! I love that it can just be flushed. However, it would be a lot more convenient if there was a nifty storage container that could be purchased, that stores the handle and the disposable "brushes". It is a little annoying having to store and grab the cleaner and then get the handle off the flimsy holder. I would definitely pay more for sturdier and more convenient storage!

    Used to be a good product, but was changed. Why is toilet hanger no longer included but instead sorry to say useless stand that will now take up floor space and collect dust? The floor stand holder is so inferior to the hanger which used to be included and you could hang on toilet. The stand has hole, doesn’t hold the wand with clean head, takes ip space and collects dusk so also has to be cleaned. Really disappointing move. I ended up returning as it is not practical without hanger.

    Finally something that works!

    I have tried a few different toilet brushes and there's still a little strip under the rim that they can't reach. This finally did! Yay! Didn't think I'd ever get excited about a toilet brush, but here we are. We have an old house and old plumbing so I don't trust anything that says it's flushable. But you can just smush the pad on the side of the toilet bowl to squeeze it out and then plop it in the trash can. No big deal. The cleaner smells really nice too.
