Don't buy! This toilet brush itself holds up fine, but the base gets rust build up around the gap between the two plastic components. I guess the rust is coming off the brush. It also leaks all over the floor, leaving rust stains. the base is a major problem.

We purchased this item. I would have given it a 0 star if I could. In using the brush is fine. The holder is the problem which doesn’t hold the water that was left on the brush. I had toilet water on my floor. I asked my husband to look at it. He said it was the worst design he ever seen. We ended up throwing away the holder. We kept the brush. Up & Up should be ashamed for putting their logo on this item. Target should take this item off their shelves and return customers their money!!

Dirty toilet water pools in the bottom and can spill
Yes, budget friendly, cleans the toilet. Just know, the holder catches dirty water…which sounds great and all, except even in a really dry climate this pool of water doesn’t evaporate, so if you happen to tip the whole thing over, the water spills out on the floor. So that’s gross. Now you have to clean up nasty water and disinfect the floor. I bought these to replace older Target ones that were simpler, had a wider base and the water dried up in them. This model irritates me. Look elsewhere if your bathroom has carpet.

I ordered 3 brushes online and did not receive those pictured. The brushes are not white/gray, but a light gray color with dark gray trim and brush. I have had great experiences with Target customer service with past returns and hope to have another with these toilet brushes. Target, please update this product listing.
