A: No, you do not need to defrost the fillets before cooking. We recommend you cook from frozen. Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Placed frozen fillets in a single layer on shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155ºF before enjoying! Use care not to overcook.

Very fishy
Texture was okay, not super flaky and almost like it was battered instead of marinated. Tastes and smells super fishy, more than imitation crab. took a few bites, probably won't eat the rest of it due to concern of it making me sick, but other reviews say the same thing about the taste so maybe it's fine? Regardless, it's not gross but not good, and not what i expect from salmon.

These are a go-to for me! Super easy to cook and perfect for a quick, healthy meal with a salad kit or rice. I love that you get a slightly crispy crust on the outside - chef’s kiss - and the teriyaki sesame flavor is subtle, not overpowering. The only thing to note is that sometimes the inside takes a little longer to fully cook through than the directions suggest, so I usually keep it in just a few extra minutes. Still a solid freezer staple!

I’ve bought from this brand, including this flavor, for years. The last two times I’ve gotten this one, the texture has been off, smells fishy, and it’s been an off white color. I don’t know what’s happening, but the quality control doesn’t seem to be there for this flavor anymore.

Good to quickly meals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it when I can make lunch or dinner pretty quickly. Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Sesame Salmon is a great option for this. First it’s a wild fish, more nutritious and completely different flavor. The second one it’s seasoned, a great combo. I cook it in an oven. 20-25 minutes and you’re good to serve.

I’m glad I got a before picture because they were so yummy I forgot to take a pic of them cooked 😂 I love how convenient these are. I don’t have to worry about my own seasonings or marinade, I can just pull them out of the freezer and have a meal ready to go. The flavor is delicious! We paired them with rice and asparagus for a wholesome dinner. The price is great for what you’re getting!
