Sea Glass Cottage is a book that I could not put down! I loved it. Christi is desperate. Once the rich socialite, she is now down on her luck. She arrives in Hope Harbor looking for Jack, hoping he can help. Jack is her last chance. But when you realize what she has done to Jack in the past, there is no way he will help her. Jack, on the other hand, has build a successful life for himself. He is happy to continue his life without Christi, but he realizes he still has feelings for her. Enter one of the most interesting twists and you won't be able to put the book down. Although the plot may be a little unrealistic, I did find it very enjoyable and could not stop reading. If I had a day to curl up in bed and read all day, I'd be holding this book. I was given a free copy from the publisher for my honest review which I was happy to do. I highly recommend.
Lovely, Thoughtful, Romantic!

3.5 stars "As my abuela used to say when I was a boy back in Mexico, coincidence is nothing more than a small miracle in which God chooses to remain anonymous." A lot of coincidences seem to be popping up around Hope Harbor lately, and the local town sage has his finger on the pulse beat of every single one of them. When a down and out young woman shows up out of the blue seeking assistance from a former "acquaintance", it puts a local law officer on high alert for ulterior motives. After all, the "fool me once", "fool me twice" adage still applied . . . didn't it? How about a grieving small business owner who offers the aforementioned lovely newcomer a job, then realizes that they may have more in common than not, for both are living under the burden of deep regrets amidst the desire to believe that change is possible. . . . . isn't it? And that lovely Sea Glass Cottage! When it becomes as much of a character in the story as its human counterparts, readers know without a doubt that the hand of Providence is touching lives, restoring souls, and bringing what was once thought dead, back to life. . . . in Hope Harbor! "For a tree there is hope; if it is cut down, it will sprout again, its tender shoots will not cease. Even though its roots grow old in the earth and its stump die in the dust, yet at the first whiff of water it sprouts and puts forth branches like a young plant." Job 14:7-9 What a lovely, thoughtful, romantic chapter in the lives of the author's beloved coastal town residents!
