I’ve been buying these for so long they’re yummy. They have always been wrapped in wax paper of course since it’s caramel. This last time it switched to plastic. The caramel doesn’t come off plastic. Very dumb change. I will no longer buy these.

The taste is great but whoever decided to wrap the caramel in plastic instead of paper needs to be demoted. Most, if not all, stuck to the plastic and couldn’t be consumed properly.

Although these Carmels don’t taste bad, but they are stuck to the wrapper and will not release so you only get about a third of it to eat. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Taste great! Everyone complains about the wrapping, and the candy sticking to it, but all you literally have to do is pop them in the fridge. They take 2 minutes to harden up a bit, and they come right out of the wrapper with no issues. If you place them in the fridge, and want to eat one right away, just let it sit for a minute to loosen up. We’re in Arizona for goodness sake! Absolutely no issues for me.

These are delicious caramels, not too sweet. Well balanced flavor. They do stick to the wrapper but I have found if you keep them in the fridge it takes care of the issue but the caramels still stay soft.

These are fantastic, taste great and are easy to unwrap. However, there are clearly some intermittent issues with whatever machine they use to wrap the caramels. I use these for baking and sometimes unwrap 15 oz worth at a time. Every 5 or 6 caramels, I’ll find a melted hole in the plastic where the caramel pours through and solidifies. When I unwrap it, the plastic is embedded in the caramel and very difficult, if not impossible to remove. Probably not that big of a deal for casual consumers, but when I’m unwrapping 15 oz worth, I fear that plastic may end up in my baking.
