Cannot recommend

Took the mattress pad out of its package to see how it was going to fit my king size bed with topper. I wasn’t really crazy about the way the microfiber felt, a little hot to the touch and a little noisy. My husband was on the other side of the bed and noticed a 4 inch plus tear in the side seam. I’m not sure I would have kept it based upon its feel but the defect made the decision for me.

Pass on this one

I’m keeping this because I needed it for a backup, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s too big on top, but too tight around the mattress. Like a muffin top! See photos. Like the top is baggy and has wrinkles, but around the edges of the mattress, it’s already starting to rip/tear. I’ve only had this for a couple of months and it’s not even been on the bed all that time, since, like I said, it’s my backup mattress pad, for when I’m washing my primary one.

This shrunk

The quality of the fabric seems good, it’s not noisy & the fabric is soft. But I washed it before use, on medium temperature & medium low dry. The length of the top quilted part shrunk about 6”. If you look at the ends of the mattress you can see how short it is. It wasn’t before I washed it. I will be returning the 2 pads I purchased.

FAIL - Slips off of mattress/corners

The "PERFECTGRIP™ Fitted Skirt" is mis-named, as it is a slippery nylon material that causes the mattress protector to move on the matrtress, resulting in wrinkles and a loose fit, and ultinately slips loose from corner(s) of the bed with nighttime movement. My previous Sealy matteress protector was great, and had a "mesh-like" material for the skirt. This one stayed in place no matter what. I replaced it only due to the sheer age, thinking it may no longer be waterproof, and because after being placed and removed hundreds of times over its life, the skirt material had developed holes from handling. I will gladly purchase another Sealy protector if there is one with a different skirt material that will stay in place, but this oine is a fail.

TERRIBLE!!!! The first time my toddler had a leaky diaper it soaked all the way through and got all over her new $800 mattress! Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Was still damp

Washed it to put it on my 3 year old daughter's bed and it would not dry. Put it through the dry cycle 5 times and it was still damp. Not worth the money.
