1/3 c almost every day for snack. These are great! I like Wasabi flavor too.

These are the perfect snack to keep you going throughout the day. I love the crunch & lite salt. Great in a salad! I enjoy the fact that I can snack on this and it’s healthier than anything else I found that is satisfying & curbs the appetite 😊

Very very dry. You eat a handful and your mouth feels like it’s full of paper. Hard to swallow. Not a fan.

Too hard and dry. Not a lot of flavor.

This product really upset my stomach. I know I’m not allergic to edamame because I’ve had it before. Thinking maybe it was something else I ate, I tried it again but the same thing happened.

It’s not a bad product, it’s just extremely bland. Some seasoning could make this snack much better.

Bought more than I needed 'cause I really like Swanson's light;y salted edamme.

These are great on top of a salad or to eat plain.

I just found my popcorn replacement. I'm eating very low carb and these are a perfect crunchy salty snack. They have a somewhat peanuty taste, with just enough salt for a snacky taste. They are nearly no carb, but high fiber and protein.

This is a tasty snack. It has just the right amount of crunch and salt. The only problem is stopping myself from eating too many at once. Although it's healthy, too much of a good thing ...!
