Through our research and testing, we found that if the can is not shaken vigorously (30-60 seconds) before each use, the product will not come out consistently. This is because the antiperspirant ingredients weigh more than the propellant. (Propellant is used to push the product out of the can.) The antiperspirant ingredients will settle to the bottom of the can in between uses. Please take note that if the can isn't shaken before each use, and sprayed upright, only the propellant will come out. Eventually, the propellant will run out, leaving behind the antiperspirant. Once the propellant is gone, there is no way to get the antiperspirant out of the can. We'd like to assist you further.
