First round purchased for a Christmas gift, the light tan color and flavor were solid. Then, we ran out so fast we repurchased two weeks later and what arrived is so disappointing. The color of the sauce is almost revolting, it’s so gray. The change we noticed in ingredients is the use of black sesame seeds, so I’m assuming that’s why it’s a gray color. Flavor is fine but it’s just so gross looking and honestly off-putting as a sauce. So disappointing.

Absolutely love this sauce. It's not just 'everything bagel' spices in a bottle, it has oomph. I can taste the oils, the sugar, the garlic, the citrus notes, herbs and spices. It's packed with full flavor. I absolutely recommend, and makes a perfect gift too.

The sauce looks gross. I’m not sure if they just ship stuff that’s been sitting but the oil was completely separated from the rest of the ingredients. I shook the bottle to mix it but it never mixed. I tried to taste it and it was very bad.

This sauce is outstanding! For a 4/10 medium hot sauce, this sure packs some heat. First time i had it, I got instant hiccups, which usually only happens to me with extremely hot sauces. It might only be 4/10 but it kicks like a 6/10. Obviously, this sauce does not go on everything, but it pairs well with more things than you'd expect. Its amazing on eggs, pizza, and breakfast sandwiches, but it also goes well with any recipe that uses lots of garlic. If you're eating any kind of garlicy food, definitely consider this hot sauce.
