The prehistoric world was full of secrets... In this charming anthology of children's stories by Alicia Klepeis readers will meet epic prehistoric creatures. In one story a lonely Triceratops is looking for love, while another looks at an elderly Brachiosaurus who is reminiscing about his days as a youngster. Other dinosaurs in the stories include Spinosaurus, Velociraptor, and Diplodocus. Featuring tales from the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods and stunning illustrations by Gavin Scott. Each story in Secrets of the Dinosaurs is based on real discoveries made by paleontologists, and at the end of each tale readers will find out more about the science that inspired the story.
