Best Night’s Sleep - Worth the Buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This mattress is SO comfy! It arrived in a box and filled out in less than 24 hours. It did not have a smell to it and fit the space perfectly. The pillow top is beyond comfy. It is well made and holds up to even our kiddos jumping on it! We are using it in our camper and even during the hot nights, the material breathes and stays cool. Definitely worth the buy!

Feels like the best mattress you’ll ever sleep on!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Five Star Mattress in a Box is AMAZING. First of all, it came vacuum-sealed in a box all rolled up. It was really easy for me to open up and put onto my bed frame by myself. After cutting the wrap off and laying it out, it was fully expanded in short minutes. In terms of the comfort, I can genuinely say that is is one of the best mattresses I’ve slept on. On a previous mattress, I would get home after a long shift and wake up with hip and low back pain. I have had ZERO aches or pains after sleeping on this mattress. The pillow-top is reeeeally nice, soft and plush. There is plenty of support and it still manages to contour to your body. Lastly, as a hot sleeper, the fabric is made to promote airflow and heat dissipation, and I can say that I completely agree with that claim. This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in years!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this mattress comes in a box—it’s easy to move, though I’d still recommend two people to carry it. It was very simple to unpack and set up. When I first laid on the mattress, I thought I’d love it right away but the first few mornings, I woke with some hip pain. Thankfully, after about 5–6 days, my body adjusted, and now I sleep pretty well. If it doesn't immediately feel great, give it a little time.

Comfortable and affordable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about getting a bed in a box. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! It takes a full 24 hours to completely get to its size. It was fun to see it come out of the box and expand! It is firm, which normally I do not like, but it seems to be more comfortable than others, and I don’t wake up with a sore back. Perfect addition to our lake cabin, so glad we went this way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Serta 5-star 12” box plush pillow top queen mattress is so comfortable! I was way overdue for a new mattress for my guest bedroom as the one I have is probably 20 years old. I was so excited to see the Influenster alert for a new queen mattress and happy I was able to claim one. The box was easy to bring inside, and my daughter and I were able to bring the plastic and shrink wrapped mattress up to the second floor pretty easily (it’s definitely a 2-person job as it’s a bit heavy and bulky to do by yourself). The mattress looked like it was folded in half and rolled up, so we centered it on the box spring and unrolled the plastic. Once it unfolded we cut off the shrink wrap, and it expanded immediately, and gradually which was nice because I’ve seen other mattress brands explode when opened. I was able to put linens on immediately and slept on it for the first time last night. It was very comfortable and feels so much better than my old mattress. I also like that it’s a couple of inches thicker so it sits higher, and the dark blue and white colors are nice. Thanks again Influenster for a great product!

An upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We'd had our mattress for over 10 years and it was time for a new one. This Serta bed in a box was a great upgrade! Set up was very easy. Just make sure you have the mattress in place before opening the plastic wrapping. Once the plastic is cut the mattress expands fast! We had always used a firm mattress, but I recently learned that softer mattresses are better for side sleepers since it puts less pressure on your shoulders and hips. This soft pillow top mattress definitely makes a difference. And despite being soft it is not saggy or bouncy at all. It is really only the top layers that give it that soft, plush feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good mattress for the price! I think that the box got damaged along the way because the delivery was not what I expected. It unrolled easily but took a bit of space. definitely do this in a spot where you have room. I have not used it for a long time yet but, it seems a bit firmer than I would expect for a “plush” mattress. On that note, it does have good support! It is definitely better than some hotel beds I have been on recently! I would probably opt for something just a bit nicer if I was looking for a bed for every day but, this is PERFECT for a guest / secondary / children’s bedroom.
