We returned these stools because we could not assemble them - the construction was faulty. We bought 4 (2 boxes of 2) and even tried to swap out pieces from different stools and that didn't work. I spent 2 days messing with them and it was so frustrating. We returned them to our local store and at least that process went smoothly. We urged the Customer Service desk to have these stools pulled from inventory.
