Q: Does this shade look solid with light on or does it have lines in it?

A: Hi - the shade fabric does have some thread detailing to it, so you will get a slight pattern of lines when the shade is illuminated from within. It's a lovely color and will go well with a wide variety of lamp base styles. Thank you for the question!
