Cheap Poor Quality Chairs

I purchased these chairs 4 months ago and they have already fallen apart. They chip easily because they are made of low-quality wood. The design is bad because one chair completely broke apart after sitting it in. I don't recommend them to anyone. Wish I could get my money back.

I should have read the other reviews before purchasing. These chairs can't be assembled, the holes on the back rest don't align with the chair frame. I had to return them. I'm very disappointed in Target for even selling such a poor quality product.

Pre-drilled holes do not line up. If you drill your own, the pre-drilled holes show in the back.

Not Sturdy and Falls Apart

These chairs only lasted about 6 months until the wood cracked and the screws all started falling out. They look nice, but are terrible quality. Very disappointed that there is no way to return them.

Won’t last

Flimsy - 4 years ago
Cute design but very flimsy. The backs kept becoming loose and after retightening the fifth time the wood started splitting and I can no longer screw the backs on. Seat is very small. Not sturdy at all. Lasted a year, so I guess I guy my money’s worth. Not worth it. Pass.

Cute, but SMALL! if you’re putting them with a lithe dining table - pass on these! More suitable for a child’s table. Picture makes them look larger than they are.

Informal update to breakfast table
4 out of 5 stars
Thumbs up graphic, would recommendWould recommend
Just me - 5 years ago, Verified purchaser
Chairs are good looking and comfortable enough for the price. The color is nice and they updated the look of our breakfast table with 12 year old parsons chairs. A few things I wish were better: chairs don’t come with any kind of protectors for the bottom of the legs. They leave stains on the floor, so you have to buy protectors separately. And good luck finding them. I didn’t know it could be that hard. We were able to go with 3/4” nail-on’s but if 1/2” exist, they would probably be better. Also the seat backs are rather low. After having high-back parsons all these years, it looked a little odd to have these low ones. But we warmed up to the look; it just looks less formal, is all. Which is OK for a breakfast table, but I don’t think I would like it for a formal dining table. Also, there is no guidance as to how to place the cushion seat part, as it doesn’t have pre-drilled holes. We basically slid the pointy part all the way to the back and did our best to center the front. Turned out ok but wish there would have been some kind of reference point. Oh and you have to criss cross the A and B parts correctly or they will end up too far apart and you won’t be able to attach the back. The stickers were in the wrong place on one of our chairs so we learned it the hard way. Other than that, assembly was not too bad, and it’s nice having chairs that are much easier to clean with messy kids who spill everything.

The paint/stain on the legs chipped before I even finished assembling the chairs. Great style and fun design but I returned them, worried about how they would hold up.

Really attractive chairs and surprisingly comfortable. I looked at lots of dining chairs for a long time before deciding on these. The price is fabulous. These chairs are comperable to others I liked at 3-4 times the cost. Easy enough to assemble with two people.

Chairs were good quality and very comfortable. The seats were not predrilled with holes. The color was too red for our table so we had to return. Love targets customer service. Leesburg people are really nice.
