I've been a customer of Seven Sunday's since almost the very beginning and thier muesli and up-cycled cereals are so very delicious & good for you and I love what this local company represents! The early riser muesli is one of my favorites! In the summer I enjoy it cold, overnight style & cooler months I enjoy warmed in the micro with my favorite nut milk. I also use this mix often when I make Hannah's chocolate chip muesli cookies (recipes on thier web page) :slightly_smiling:

This is awesome! To be honest, I first tried this warmed up and thought it was quite boring. The chocolate chips melted into the rest of the oatmeal and the texture was just...off. Figured I'd give it a second shot cold as overnight oats, and WOW the difference is night and day! The chocolate chips are delightful and there's a PERFECT amount of crunch between the chocolate chips and the seeds. The whole oats do a better job soaking up the almond milk overnight than on the stove for a few minutes, too. I love being able to have a delicious, guilt-free breakfast.

I'm not a fan of sugar cereals, but I was curious about this so I bought a bag to try. It's excellent! A "Goldilocks" amount of sweetness (just right). I don't eat this for breakfast, I use it as a sweet treat. Waiting for soaking delays the gratification and prevents me from eating too much. Highly recommended!
