The light gave so much more lighting in that room I can see to paint better also made it look a little more contemporary and beautiful. The square shade and brass fittings are beautiful. After I got it to the center of the room it was just perfect. Easy installation.

Unfortunately, I do not care for a fabric shade as dust has an inclination to stick to it, and because it is so high up, it is hard to maintain its cleanliness. I also do not like that there is no top enclosure because, again, dust and flies/bugs will fall into where the 3 bulbs are located.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shailene 14 in. Square 3-Light Black Drum Hallway light is very pretty. It was a little harder to install than some of the other Kitchler products that I have. It took about an hour to install. The directions are very easy to follow. The shade on this is very pretty and I like that it drops down a bit from the ceiling. It really gave my upstairs hallway, a nice refreshed look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this shailene 14 inch square 3 light fixture to tey and review. This fixture is huge. Its pretty easy to install. It has glass on the bottom so it will shine bright. I put this in my kitchen abive my sink.

We wanted a transitional fixture for our hallway that would work with period furniture in the Living Room. This fit the bill! The glass shade provide nice diffused light in a narrow hall that leads to bedrooms. However, it can ne seen from the LR, too. We have the round Shailene 18" semi-flush fixture in the LR and the two fixtures complement each other, without matching. If you have two people to help put up the glass shade, that is helpful, because it is hard to hold the glass and screw in at the same time. We used LED bulbs and are happy with the white light produced.

they are exactly as described. I really like that they are square and accommodate a higher wattage lightbulb - add great brightness to my kitchen

This is a well deisgned beautiful fixture that I hung in a hallway.

Recently installed it in place of a smaller light in my off-kitchen laundry area and it made it feel like more of a room and less of a little cove. It looks great and puts out a good amount of light. The semi flush gives it a little bit of a mod look instead of your basic track lighting. Easy to install and does not look too big.

We did have some installation issues. Screws were too long to install, then had to be moved in ceiling box to allow for the pole coming down to be adjusted upwards to tighten the bottom cap. Took well over an hour to install. Instructions were not helpful for issues we had.

This unit can handle three light bulbs and provides ample lighting for standard rooms. Installation requirements are standard like other units. This product is ideal for contemporary/modern design. The lighting is efficient with the small footprint makes it appealing. I recommend this product.

But as I watched him I think next time I might assist. But regarding how it looks, I’m happy. It’s honestly a little bit smaller than I thought it would be for above my kitchen island but it gives off enough light. I like the finishing because it matches what I already had going on I’m my kichen. Overall quite happy.

Quality is great! Shade is not of cheap, thin material that you often find with this type of lighting. Absolutely love the design!!
