Q: I have had this vacuum for a few months & it will not suction properly anymore… will at times spit back out what it just vacuumed. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions? I have cleaned out the filter, etc.
A: I have had several of these vacuums still do but the hair clogs them up quick! I use a wood skewer to pull the hair out from behind the roller brushes - it's a drag but when it's not clogged up it works great!
submitted byDebbie1265 - 6 months agoA: Make sure brush, hose, all filters are clean... might be tome to replace filter especially if you been vacuuming lot of dirt/ dust...
submitted byKatie03 - 8 months agoA: The flexible hose that enables the vac head to move up and down is probably the source of a clog. Remove the vac head from the stick handle and use one of those white plastic barbed drain cleaner things to gently remove the wad of whatever. Do yourself a favor and perform this task over a towel or trash bag. You can also remove the plate covering the brush head to really see what you’re doing.

The first use it worked great, I emptied the canister and as soon as they put it back together, it’s working less and less. Help! Lol.

Q: Do you have to hold the button the whole time your vacuuming?
A: I don't always use the "extra power" and it seems to suck things up just fine. We live on a farm with lots of dirt. It's honestly not too bad.
submitted byDH - 3 years agoA: I don't ever use the button and it sucks up all of our Husky dog's hair just fine!
submitted byDallasFan04 - 2 years agoA: You must use your left thumb pressed firmly on the button for 60 seconds without lifting your pressured thumb. After that you must plug it in once , turn it off and the use right pointer finger to turn on the light feature only. If you need to vacuum I suggest buying a Dyson spend 5 times as much as use that
submitted bySally Mae Boliinger - 3 months agoA: Basically yes. There's a button to turn it on, but it's about as powerful as sucking up dirt with a drinking straw, so you have to hold the button for "extra power" down the whole time.

Q: Can you suggest a bracket to attach to the wall to hold the unit?
A: It's cheaper model thus doesn't have one... some vacuums fold n this one doesn't which makes things a bit difficult...
submitted byKatie03 - 8 months agoA: This vacuum doesn't have a wall bracket available.

Q: Is this product is light and it is not heavy? Does this product is working well? It will suction all dirt and solid items. Please advise. I would like to know before I can buy it.
A: It is super lightweight. I love it for that reason and because it works so well. If you have lots or solids to pick up the booster lever helps a lot.
submitted bycarolskinnywrap - 2 years agoA: You gotta pick up all big garbage before vacuuming... so anything bigger then a cheerio probably it will get stuck...

Q: Will it stand on its own when not in use
A: no it doesn't. It has to lean on something
submitted bycarolskinnywrap - 2 years agoA: We would like to let you know that this unit will not stand up on its own. It would need to be leaned against something or you can remove the handheld from the wand and store it on the storage hook where the bottom of the wand connects to the floor nozzle.
