DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE CHEESE
It ruined my Mac and cheese!!! It was very loose and oily when I was making my cheese sauce. It doesn’t stick to the noodles because of all the oil that’s in it and it separates! It’s not creamy like typical cheese when you melt it. Do NOT buy this cheese. I know the price is good but the quality Sucks!!

Difficult to grate. While grating this block of Good & Gather Sharp Cheddar Cheese, I was disappointed that some parts of it were breaking into little ⅛-¼” chunks. It is not as creamy as some have mentioned and that could be why it does shred smoothly. But the interior of the cheese block looked it was eaten through by termites. I avoid buying shredded cheese because of the added wood pulp allowed by the FFA…it’s what keeps the shredded cheese from sticking together & the taste is noticeable. And wood/cheese does not melt as easily.
