Opened the brand new package of cheese on 8/6 with a November 2024 use by date. The cheese had a huge spot of mold and we had to toss it. We have been having issues with a lot of foods purchased at Target.

I buy a lot of Target store brand foods, especially cheese. Never been disappointed until now. Problem 1) Not sharp. At all. Tasteless. Problem 2) Texture is just like American cheese. The individually wrapped slices. I'm not opposed to consuming American cheese slices but that's not what I purchased.
