The directions are clear on how to use and set up which seemed like a great start until actually putting the sauna together. The construction felt cheap and the zipper required two people to align as it kept getting stuck. Once finally assembled it is lightweight and easy to move however is not collapsible. Inside the sauna, the chair felt cheap and uncomfortable making it feel more like a chore than an enjoyable and relaxing time. Overall I was disappointed.

You can put it inside or outside, but we wanted to try it outside because it is cool and crisp outside. We didn't find the instructions until we had it put up. They are with the steamer pot. It was very easy to set up and didn't take very long. It took about 10 minutes for the steam to start to fill up the building. The window is removable. I sat in the seat that came with the product for about 8 minutes (because it was my first time). When we unzipped and the cool air flowed, it felt AMAZING! I thought I might get claustrophobic, but no. Not one bit. I highly recommend you get a portable sauna. You can also add essential oils or any smell-good items you want. Toxins will be removed and your pores will be open. Try this!

Set up was a nightmare and they put the instructions in the steam diffuser which is the last place you would look for it. It heats up quickly, which is a big plus when you want a fast relaxation session. However, it is pretty bulky and does not seem easily portable as it doesn’t fit through doorways so you would have to take it all the way down and reassemble it. The steam can be a bit uneven, sometimes too hot and sometimes not enough. Also, the material feels a little flimsy, so I'm not sure how long it will last with regular use. Overall, it’s a good entry-level option if you’re curious about steam saunas and don’t want to spend a ton of money. Just don’t expect it to be as luxurious or durable as the more expensive models. I don’t think I would purchase this or recommend it to someone.

A bit annoying to put together for the first time, because it requires a good amount of elbow grease to push the frame pieces far enough into the joints so that it’s small enough for the cloth to fit over the frame. Also, tube conector is already ripping a bit and poking through the fabric after the first use, though it probably won’t affect the use.

Setup took me about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear, but the lightweight plastic frame felt a bit delicate, so I was careful snapping pieces together. Once assembled, the insulated cover fit well and looked sleek: set it for 20–25 minutes, let it preheat, then get in for your full session. Once inside, the steam felt relaxing, consistent, and great for muscle recovery. The included chair is small (about 12” wide) and fine for short sits, but I’ll likely replace it with a sturdier stadium chair. I wish there was an internal thermometer to check the temp while inside.

it took a little while for me to figure out where the instructions were for setup (inside the water pot) but I put it together by myself and it's like my favorite thing ever now. has survived my cat sitting on the top of it when not in use and gets really hot, no issues with quality and nothing but good experience here

Water container used or rusted? This is the where the water steams up, I don't know what to call it, but on the bottom side you can kid of see it doesn't look new, almost rusted or old? This was before I even used it. Not sure if this is normal but sure doesn't look like it.

You get what you pay for. This is cheap, and hardly works. Takes about 5-7 times to start and restart for it to work. Never gets going on the first try. Have to be careful with the zipper as it will rip. Also need to be careful when putting it together so you don’t rip the material.

I have always wanted a sauna without having to go to the gym. I tried it for the first time and OMG did I ever sweat! I honestly didn’t know if it would get hot enough. It does! Also if I can put this together so can you. It takes a little finger strength to get it on but it needs to be tight. I can’t wait to use it again! As far as portable, I would never take it anywhere but if you did, it would be nice to have a carry case for it rather than the original box it came in.

This is complete garbage. The frame is cheap and flimsy and doesn’t even fit the tent part. I knew I shouldn’t have bought anything from sharper image.

Then he goes out to the garage and climbs in the sauna to help him relax and detox. He loves it even more when it's cold outside and he can step out of the sauna into the cold garage for instant wake up. Not for bigger people but perfect for most.
