A: Yes! Much safer than alternative btands. I have used this on my daughter since she was an infant. Its very gentle.

Q: I love this product and used it for years on my grandson. This is the first with the pump bottle and I can't get the pump top to open. I've tried turning and lifting Iit both ways. Can you help me?
A: Thanks for taking the time to reach out. We're glad that you love our Raw Shea Chamomile & Argan Baby Wash & Shampoo, but we're sorry to hear you're having issues with the pump. We advise you to try to press down on the pump with your palm and turning counterclockwise with the product facing you. The pump should then pop up. Otherwise, we suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area. We hope this helps.

Q: will this burn her eyes. she only 7 months so I was thinking about getting it but don't want to get something that will get in the way and burn her eyes when i use it.
