I play soccer regularly with friends, and these shorts have been a game-changer. Normally, my legs feel exhausted after all the running, but the compression really helps reduce fatigue and keeps me feeling more energized , very breathable , true to size . The built-in cup is extremely comfortable and offers great protection—it’s so well-designed that I hardly even notice I’m wearing it. Beyond sports, I also wear these shorts to work when I have 12+ hour shifts on my feet, and they provide great support throughout the day. Overall, I highly recommend them!

Only I feel I got one size bigger when I open the package but it’s fits perfectly. The guard is very strong and you’ll feel 100% protected while playing. Feels very much comfortable while running and I didn’t feel any shocks.

I definitely came at the perfect time for some extra sports around the community so put use to em! They for sure fit true to size and feels comfortable around all areas and doesn’t have that overly tight feeling around the thighs or inner cuff. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Shock Doctor Compression Shorts are very well made. The cup is also high quality and fits well in the pocket inside the shorts. I usually take a 34 pant size so I got the large which was for size 34-36. The shorts fit well around the waist but were very loose around the legs. These go very far down the legs so a good fit there is key. Even around the top area the compression was nowhere as strong as I would have hoped. If you have a slim built like me, you may want to go down a size for a tight fit.
