I just took it out of the case, popped it in, and it fit perfectly. No weird adjustments, no gagging, no dealing with boiling water. I use it mostly for compound lifts.. deadlifts, heavy rows, shrugs etc and it really helps me focus and push harder without worrying about grinding my teeth or biting down too hard. The tropical punch flavor is surprisingly good. Not overpowering or gross, just kind of pleasant. The blue color makes it easy to find in my gym bag, which sounds minor but makes a big difference when you’re trying to get in and out. If you’re lifting heavier and want something that works without being annoying, this one’s solid.
