Fix the bags!
I actually like Good & Gather cheese but for the love of - please update the packaging. These bags always seem defective and the reseal never works for us. The whole seal just remains on one side of the packaging even after opening carefully. This ruins the cheese longevity.

Better than I thought
This Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese by Good&Gather taste just as good as the brand name cheeses and at a more affordable price. I needed cheese and purchased this to make mac & cheese and was not disappointed. It melts beautifully and my Mac came out great. I also used it in cheese eggs and it was delicious. This is my new brand of cheese and I'm glad I gave it a try because I would of missed out on all this goodness of another brand chasing the big brand names.

Poor Quality
You know it’s horrible quality cheese when you try making Mac n cheese with it and instead of melting, it turns plastic-y. This was absolutely disgusting and ruined dinner. I had to throw everything away.
