I usually like brighter coffees with citrus like notes (I really liked G&G Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, which I gave 5-stars), so I didn't know how much I'd like this. Turns out -- I like it better, even though it's a very different experience. Definitely a moderate roast. The thing I notice the most is the spice-like aroma (which is fairly modest) and finish (which is more prominent). This really leaves the coffee with a nice aftertaste! I make this in a drip coffeemaker, with a paper filter and filtered water, using 1 scoop for every 6 oz. water plus an additional 1/2 scoop.

This coffee turned me back onto ground coffee, it's that good. I got a sample with my online order and I couldn't stop smelling it. It was amazing. I usually only do dark roast but this has good flavor and the most important thing: doesn't give me reflux or any jitters. Love the flavor for such an affordable coffee. I'm on my third bag and stocking up!!! Love it. Please make a decaf version so I can drink it at night. :)

I received a sample of this with my pickup order and was happy to see it is organic. It has a rich, full bodied, smooth flavor, very delicious. I brewed it quite strong like I prefer and it had no bitterness. I'll definitely try more organic coffees from this brand.
