The ottoman was great. But they stored the legs inside the zippered bottom and had to open it using a pliers which broke off the pull. Terrible design. Otherwise good.

I love the ottoman . However one of the ‘feet’ had a couple nicks on it . Luckily they are on the inside of the ottoman so you really cannot see them. With that being said a brand new piece of furniture should not have ANY nicks in the wood .

The ottoman is wonderful still waiting for matching chair, but if it is as comfortable as the ottman ( my daughter sits on it and she says it is so comfortable lol. Oatmeal colorvis very nice and will go in any decore. And it is large. Not one of those small cheap ottamons.

Love the ottoman but…. You have to unzip the bottom of it to get the legs for the ottoman and it broke. Was not happy about that.
I love the size. It accommodates both my sofa and my chair!

I bought the chair and ottoman, chair is not comfortable at all but the ottoman is just poor quality. The fabric is sliding off to the side of cushion. It's was still under warranty but Ashley will only replace fabric but not labor which would cost as much as a new ottoman because it would have to be taken to an upholstery shop. Last furniture I will be buying from Ashley.
