We're addicted
This cheese is amazing. If you like super sharp chedder this is one for you to try. I got my own mother hooked and now we always have a block at home. Use it for cooking or a charcuterie board, either way you won't be disappointed. The only down side is that the price has gone up twice very quickly since we started buying it.

Yummy versatile cheese will complement any dish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a yummy cheese! This Extra Mature White Cheddar Cheese was a fantastic compliment to an antipasto salad I made. With this being an aged cheese, the flavors are well defined. This isn’t a sharp cheddar, but it’s very mellow and extremely flavorful. I can’t wait to try another dish with this cheese. Buttery mature white cheddar cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This picture and white cheddar cheese was so delicious. The texture and the taste kind of resembled parmesan, but I felt that this had a more buttery taste than your typical parmesan. It went excellent with the honey drizzle that I put on top of it. Definitely worth the price! I received an incentive to write this review.

A delicious block of cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cheddar cheese is sooo good! Its a little hard from it being aged for 12 months. It will fall apart pretty easy when you slice into it. It pairs so good with many things or just with crackers. It does have a very salty taste to it so just keep that in mind. Overall its so good. I received an incentive to write this review.

A delicious snack anytime
