The formula has clearly been changed. It's watery and less sweet, and now it curdles in coffee instead of frothing. Why would the company cheap out on its customers and think we wouldn't notice? Our family has been using this creamer daily for a decade, but now it's just awful. Change it back, and give us a refund for the watered down crud we all purchased recently.

I just poured out 4 cartons of Vanilla creamer due to it curdling in my coffee and having a slightly sharp or sour after-taste. I even opened multiple cartons, thinking maybe I just picked up a bad one, but reading other reviews across the internet, I see I am not alone. We are extremely disappointed that apparently Silk has changed the recipe. Why did you change it?!? It used to be so good that my non-coffee drinking spouse started enjoying daily coffees, but now neither of us can abide it. Please fix this.

I have been buying silk vanilla creamer for a decade maybe. It's the only creamer I use and everyone in my family knows this. We get multiple at a time because if i run out then mama is MAD and that's not good for anyone. Well, over the last month I've noticed it curdling in my coffee. This never happened before. Every other vegan creamer curdles which is why I stuck like a loyal girlfriend to this creamer and now it's curdling?? And it's thinner and less tasty. I'm devastated. Why mess up a good thing? I'm seriously considering going back to dairy creamer now because no other milk alternative does it for me anymore. What an absolute bummer.

I have been using this product for years and when unable to find it, I tried many others and none were as good. Today I opened a new container dated for expiration in October and it is watered down and does not froth in my frother. SO DISAPPOINTED! Why would you change a product without notifying customers on the packaging? PLEASE change it back or I guess I will have to search again for a replacement.

This is by far the best creamer I have ever used. It is creamy and delicious, not watery like other creamers. I have tried many brands of regular milk based / Oat / Almond / Coconut based creamers and they can't come close to this one. That being said, I only like the vanilla flavor (not the plain). Recently it has been harder to find and I will drive to multiple stores to find this product in stock. It has a long shelf life so you can stock up. This stuff is the creamiest! It also has health benefits some people seek being soy based, which are equally important to me.

This new formula is watery, it separates in my coffee and it does not froth at all! PLEEEASEEE this has literally been the only creamer I have used for many many years! No other dairy free creamer compares . My morning coffee is ruined forever! Please go back to the old formula!!!! 😭

My husband and I have tried all the coffee creamers in the non dairy world and nothing has compared. We tried other brands because we feared the day silk discontinues this produce since people are unnecessarily afraid of soy. But worse, silk soy vanilla changed their recipe AND without warning! It just ruined our coffee this morning. Please change it back. Anyone who drinks ANY creamer is not in it for the health benefits. Put it back to the way it was with 30 calories instead of 25. More fat and less sugar. Keep the palm oil. Please 🙏 I had to stop at the store to get other creamers because I cannot use the new stuff. It does not emulsify. Just put it back and we can pretend like this never happened k?

Watered down, tasteless, obviously a change in recipe to maximize profit and take advantage of consumers. We used to buy a carton every week, for 8+ years, and now we are pouring it down the drain. Never again will purchase this product. Seriously it went from actual nondairy soy creamer, to a watery unrecognizable product. Shame on Silk.

I've tried a lot of non dairy creamers over the last 10 years and this one hands down has been the best for me. I don't like my creamer to be overly sweet and this one hits the spot for me, I can add my own flavors or sugar and make it my style. For me though what makes it great is no heart burn. I personally have wicked heart burn with the almond based creamer and I'm not into the coconut flavor ones either.

The product itself is great and tasty; however, Target (and not just one location) has repeatedly put these near expired creamers on the shelf. They’ll be selling them but they expire the next day or in two days. Very frustrating to have to go back and return the product after noticing the next day it’s expired.

Oat, almond, hazelnut, cashew - none come close to this perfection. I’m terrified bc all of my local stores have phased this out, except for one. Praying it’s not on the way out…
