Not perfect, but still AWSOME!

It’s true, buckets don’t empty on their own. However, this is an absolute favorite summer toy at our house and it draws all the neighborhood kids too. The kids tip the buckets themselves and it keeps them busy outdoors for hours. It has sat outside for a few years now and still works great. The bucket thing could be better, my kids don’t care so it didn’t bother me. Maybe if you have kids who just really want that bucket to tip on its own then it’s not their jam. For us it was a total win.

Does not work as it should, poor design, poor construction

The seam integrity of the plastic parts is poor, ours is accumulating water in the bottom area, the area accessed by a plug on the bottom. The tip buckets are poorly designed. Put on one way much of the water slips behind the bucket, put on the other way and the bucket does not tip as it should. One can choose to not have the bucket tip, or to allow much of the water to slip behind the bucket and out of the system (or possibly into the bottom space of the center fall piece where water does not belong).
