Step2 Dino Dig Sand & Water Table

The box was totally opened and taped haphazardly together. It was delivered that way. Pieces are missing.

Easy to put together and pretty sturdy. For now, because it’s summer, we only have water in it. My grandson loves splashing in it and using the cup, strainer, and shovel. I’m sure he’ll enjoy the dinosaurs as he gets older. Easy to drain with the plug which I truly appreciate. Once it gets cooler, we’ll switch out the water with sand.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. The water table is sturdy which is AWESOME because there are many that are not stable. My three year old loves playing with this table. His favorite thing to do is to scoop water from the bottom then pour it down the lid from the other side creating a small “waterfall.” The dinosaurs were a hit as well. The table was a little bit dirty when it arrived. Originally I thought it had been used, but I realized while putting it together that it was unused, just dirty - likely dirt gathered from the box during transit. We did have to use a drill to drill holes for the legs. It’s odd that the table requires screws for assembly but the company doesn’t pre-drill some of the holes for you. I think the price is a bit expensive for having to drill the holes yourself. That being said, it was super easy to put together with a drill. We were done in less than 10 minutes then it was immediately ready for use.

My four year old son loves playing in sand and this was a great investment for outdoor playtime. The dual sand and water section are great!

Loves that you need to screw in the legs so it won't come apart easy

I got this for my 10 month old son, he loves playing in water and with summer approaching this was a great find. I can put as much or as little water as I like and it keeps him entertained! Very happy with this purchase!

My 2 year old grandson loves playing with this water/sand table. He spent several hours playing with the dinosaurs and placing them around the different parts of the table telling me stories about the Dino’s day.

We love this water table! The instructions aren’t super clear when it comes to screwing in the legs but we ended up using a drill and it was so easy. Our son loves to play with it!

Great size and height. Sturdy and easy to assemble. When you drain is gets majority of water out. I always tilt to empty. But not deal breaker.

Bought for my grandsons 2nd birthday. He loves it.

The size is nice and we like the toys that come with it. The quality isn’t great though. The mountain piece that sits on top doesn’t sit well on the main table, so it falls off easily and I do not think it would keep sand dry underneath. It also came with a lot of sand stuck to the table, which makes me think that it was previously used. I don’t mind if it was used, but I’m disappointed that I paid full price for a used product.

Always look to Step 2 for high quality products that are durable and the grandkids love them as much as their parents did. In addition, I look for made in America products.

This went together effortlessly. The directions were clear and the parts fit nicely. I uses a drill with the clutch set on the lowest setting and had no trouble with the screws stripping.

Just received this table as a gift for 2 year old son. Both my 2 year old and 5 year old have shown interest in it, and we haven’t even added sand or water! However, the palm tree in the middle, which requires more assembly than necessary, already had the screws push through the pre-drilled plastic. This was about an hour after building it. We put together in less than 30 minutes, which was great. Seems like there should be some drill holes when attaching the legs, but they do feel sturdy after assembly.

It’s so cute and easy to put together. My son absolutely loves it!
