The screws are designed to form their own threads in the plastic, and removing and reinserting them repeatedly can reduce how securely the parts hold together over time. For winter storage, we recommend: Draining and thoroughly drying the table to prevent water damage or mold. Storing it in a dry indoor area like a garage or basement if possible. If indoor storage isn’t available, covering it securely outdoors to protect it from snow and ice.
