A: Hello! You don't have to attach the legs until you are ready. You could use the water table without the legs. However, do not allow children to sit or stand in the water basin. You may also have to lift the table off the ground so that it drains properly. Regards, Step2 Consumer Service

Arrived busted open and pieces missing. I called Target and they want me to pack it up and return it to the store. This is a huge box and not light might I add. This was a gift for my granddaughter and they stated it would take at least 2 weeks before I could receive a replacement once they received the broken and then place an order for a new one. I’m over it. I’ll go to Sam’s and get her another one. I was leery about ordering from Target and this confirmed my hesitation.

Now that I put it together I think it is so cute and looks exactly like the picture (I haven’t added water yet I just got it today) but I gave it 3 stars for a few reasons. 1. When it got here the box was OPEN, the tape looked like it was pulled back. That could’ve been the shippings fault and not target or Step 2 BUT if it’s not in store you have to order online, so that is just a fair warning that your package may come opened. Thankfully, I wasn’t missing any pieces. 2. Majority of the parts were good but one of the legs was bent, and that made it harder to put together since I had to work with it. I thought about returning but I had already waited so long for it to arrive and I was excited for my son to use it. 3. There are no holes at all, we had to make the wholes ourselves to be able to put the screws in, which made the building process a lot longer and a little inconvenient. Since we don’t have a power drill and I didn’t think we would need one. BUT we still got it together at least. 4. This is personal preference but I believe water tables like these should come with a water pump, I’m purchasing a water pump seperate so that I don’t have to constantly keep pouring water. For the price I feel like a lot of these issues could have been avoided, it’s not the most expensive water table but it also isn’t cheap, parts shouldn’t be blended, package should not come open, and it definitely should already come with holes so you have a spot to put the nails when you are assembling it.

I was sent a box that had been retaped and was damaged on both ends. Someone had clearly returned after opening... no packaging to protect the parts - all parts just tossed in box and jumblesd up. Who sends something like this? This is why amazon is the only place I order from. My mistake thinking target might be any good.

If you're not handy do not attempt lol. It was definitely an assembly process with punching holes for the screws. Once that's over though it is so cute and has tons of fun accessories. My 2 year old twins and 7 year old love this, there are plenty of things for everyone to share without a fuss.
