THERE WAS AN EARLIER VERSION OF IT, WHICH I ALWAYS BOUGHT AND ENJOYED. THIS ONE SEEMS TO HAVE A LIVELIER TASTE. IT MAY BE LESS CONVENIENT THAN JUST OPENING A BOTTLE OF READY MADE DRESSING BUT THE FRESHER TASTE MAKES IT WORTHWHILE.

Better than pretty much any italian dressing I've tasted, organic or not. I buy a bunch of these at a time. It is a staple in my house, and my go to for salad dressing.

I use this with cauliflower, chic peas, & feta cheese mixed together. And other veges like tomatoes, cucumbers, & other veges with feta. I've had friends ask what the dressing is & they like. I mix it in a mason jar & let it set for awhile before adding to veges. I like that it is organic and a great price.

I'm spoiled with the taste of Good Seasons. This did not measure up. So far, I've tried several Simply Organics seasoning mixes and have not liked any of them.
