Description
Whip up a quick, crowd-pleasing dinner for yourself or for two with this Skin-On Atlantic Salmon from Good & Gather™. This 10-ounce pack includes two portions of Atlantic salmon. Easy to cook, you can pair it with anything from potatoes or rice to green beans and other veggies, and you can feel good about serving it since it has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Directions
Salmon needs to be fully cooked. Do not microwave.
Skillet
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.
2. Pat fillet dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place skin-side down in skillet.
3. Cook 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Brush fillet with olive oil, season as desired and place, skin-side down, on baking pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Spray or brush basket with olive oil, season fillet as desired and place, skin-side down, in basket.
3. Air-fry 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

This fish smelled dreadful when taken out of the packaging and cooked. Salmon should not smell so strong, indicating this fish was not fresh. I could hardly even stomach to eat it. Two stars because at least I did not get food poisoning from this fish. Night ruined.

Fishy tasting along with greasy in texture, oily, grossest salmon i have had. This crap should be lifted from the shelves.
The fish meat falls apart after defrosting. It was frozen on the counter. It was defrosted and frozen several times. The scales were not cleaned either.

I regularly get this salmon and love it but this time, it gave me the worst food poisoning. I cooked the salmon thoroughly as usual, ate it with some plain rice, and everything seemed fine. But within a few hours, I was throwing up non stop. Please figure out what’s wrong with it.

i have bout this several times in Fishers, In and it is always PERFECT! I place it on nonstick foil and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. I only use salt and pepper most of the time. It turns out juicy and flakey every time.

The mowi brand was better quality. The good and gather salmon is hit or miss. The texture and color are sometimes off. I loved these for a quick meal but been skipping them since the mowi brand change. Also the price increased a few dollars and it no longer goes on sale for buy 1 get 1 50 off; they only do 25 off 1.

I was impressed with the firm fish that had no offensive odor and was pre cut to the perfect portion size. The color of the flesh was a nice bright orange and the skin was free from any scales. I also appreciated that the expiration date was clearly noted on the package it was easy to cook and was moist and flavorful. I appreciate that it comes from Norway and certified safe farming and antibiotic free I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These salmon filets tasted good once seasoned with a little salmon filet seasoning and sprinkled with a small Amount of olive oil. I must say they did cook Down to a very small Size in my air fryer. For that reason I mightheaitate to purchase these and the future and would buy a meatier filet to feed my family of four for dinner. I most likely would not buy them again. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great. I was a little concerned as the plastic want sealed tightly but I think this happened during my grocery pick up order. The salmon was fresh tasting and I had no issues with the quality or spoilage. We used it to make a Finnish soup with plenty of dill. It turned out great. The whole family enjoyed it, even the baby. I felt this was reasonably priced for what you get I received an incentive to write this review.
