Q&A(63)

Q: My twins are 4 months old but really small for their age. How high can you adjust the foot platform? I'm afraid my babies will be too short even at the highest level to reach.

submitted by Ccrags - 8 years ago
  • A: I went ahead and placed my order after your answer to my question. Your answer made it sound like you could adjust foot rest as high as needed. This is not the case. There are four different levels you can adjust the hight to. My babies are way to short even at the tallest level to use this. I'm very disappointed.

  • A: You can adjust the foot platform to any height you need as it easily adjust by releasing the clip and sliding up and securing the clip back down. It would work great for your children.

Q: can the clear piece where the keyboard goes, be removed to clean up dirt undernreath?

submitted by Britt - 2 years ago
  • A: The clear window is not made to be removed. We have heard from other parents that a q-tip or tooth pick with warm, soapy water can help clean between the cracks!

Q: When should you adjust the height of the foot platform?

submitted by court - 9 months ago
  • A: The child's feet should not be flat nor not touching. When you see the child's feet resting flat on the platform, it is time to lower it.
