No Replacement Backboard Available
My son loves this hoop, however the backboard keeps breaking. It is such an environmental waste to not be able to purchase a backboard replacement. The hoop, hooks, and hangers all work fine, so it's terrible to toss them into the trash every time the backboard cracks, which is very frequently. The environmental impact is just too significant. Please consider selling replacement backboards! I'd be happy to pay for them!

High Quality- Order Different Basketballs
Product arrived as expected. High quality backboard and hoop. The ball was a bit heavy/tough for indoor use as it seemed to be constructed like a regular mini basketball, just smaller and I didn't want that bouncing off the walls/ceiling. I ordered a few Nerf/Foam style basketballs for my kids to use instead. Works Great.

Great little indoor hoop! Please sell the ball separately. Tried ordering what I thought was the replacement ball but it goes to the outdoor unit. Poor job naming products and not . Makes more sense to have the "indoor regular"; indoor "xl"; and "outdoor. They are all "systems". Pro Mini Hoop System (outdoor) ball is 7 inches, please include the size of the ball in the product description for item 0459.

I bought this a few months ago for my birthday. It lasted for a few months and I was able to dunk pretty hard on it. It finally broke today and it doesn't look fixable. I'm a bit bummed but happy with the overall purchase. If you intend on purchasing this item I wouldn't plan on doing crazy dunks on it.

Kids love it... but
We bought this last Christmas and the kids LOVED IT. Unfortunately about 8 months in the backboard severed in two pieces! Leaving no option other than trashing it. Wondering if this was a one off since I haven’t heard about other related issues. Bottom line kids loved it, played all the time and immediately asked for another one.

Fun in our garage
My son received this for his 6th birthday. It hangs over the side garage door and it is the perfect place for it. My son and his friends have had hours of fun playing hoops with each other. Unfortunately, a recent slam dunk snapped the rim and lower portion of the backboard right off. I didn't think a couple of 6 year olds would be big enough to do that...but alas. So, here I am, needing to buy a whole new hoop since I can't just buy a replacement backboard. It's a good hoop, so I am happy to buy another. I just hope this one lasts a little longer!

I received this product for christmas when I was about ten, it lasted up for about four years and then about a week ago my 12 y/o brother went in for a dunk and snapped the hoop off the backboard. Also the backboard slams on your door when you shoot, it is decently loud. Also the rim sags. Other than those problems me and my little brother LOVED IT, great christmas gift.

I bought the Pro Mini Hoop XL for my 10 year old grandson, and this is what he wants to do when he comes to visit. We hung it over the side garage door and I love that he can go outside and play for awhile. I join him often and shoot baskets. The only problem is that the ball just cracked. I need a replacement but noticed that the ones you sell are 5", but the one that comes with the XL hoop are 5-1/2". Where can I get the 5-1/2" ball?

Rim sags
I just bought this and noticed that when it is hanging on my door the rim sags. Every picture I see the rim looks even with the backboard. Very noisy too.

Hoop lasted 13 months and just broke when my 9 year old dunked on it. Bummed that it snapped.
