Ordered this 12/6, label created 12/9 expected delivery 12/11- this is why i ordered it, decided last minute to put up a tree and 12/11 gave enough time to enjoy it, 12/10 still says label created, got a weird text saying “FedEx picked up your package days ago but are delayed because of all the Black Fridays orders” umm what?! meanwhile im getting my other orders shipped with FedEx and ups just fine! 12/11 (my expected delivery date, whole reason I went ahead with the purchase) notification from FedEx they have my package and it’s expected to be delivered on 12/17! I understand human error but then make an effort to make it right, the least they could’ve done was expedite the shipping but to have to wait another week, yea no thanks! I’ll be returning this … I’ll plan earlier next year and will steer very clear of this seller!

Delivery date was 12/7 I ordered the tree on 12/5 Shipping label was created on 12/4 Target marked it as delivered on 12/7 On 12/10 I got a text message from the 3rd party seller saying FedEx was to blame for my late delivery. That the 3rd party seller was working with FedEx to resolve the issue. I looked up the tracking number. FedEx had not even received the package from the 3rd party reseller. After looking at all the reviews of this item, others had written similar stories of missing the delivery deadline. Now here I am 7at night with my kids on 12/10 with a tree from home depo, decorating a display tree that was the only one left in stock sold without a box. Thanks for ruining the start of Christmas. I’ve never had an issue like this with Target before.

I never received my tree! It said label printed and gave me delivery date of 11/11/24 and I spent so much time trying to track my tree and finally the easy way was to refund me because they could not find it either. I promised my little girl we were getting that tree and each day excited for the delivery that never happened!!
