The tree is absolutely beautiful however it arrived with missing labels to distinguish the parts of tree (no biggie I was able to figure it out) the stem of the top portion of the tree was broken and unable to attach to the rest of the tree. After reaching out directly to the manufacturer several times with no response I ended up using green garden tape and twist ties to secure the top. I am only rating this tree low due to no response from the manufacturer in the hopes they'd be able to help correct the issue.

The tree arrived broken. Some of the hinges were bent or broken and some of the branches fell off while fluffing the tree. I boxed it up and returned it nearly a month ago and have yet to receive my refund.

DID NOT COME WITH TREE STAND. Very pretty tree I just wasn’t able to do anything with it because I couldn’t stand it up! Very full tree and when we took it out of the box it was very messy (which was expected). I also think the other reviews are fake
