this bag is good for a short trip, but like many other reviewers, my bag ripped at the zipper. i noticed the stitching seemed weak and on the cheaper side the first time i used the case. i’ve used it for 3 trips, and last night the seams at the zipper burst. it’s good in a pinch or for a short trip, but spend the extra $40 to get the hard shell case target offers. :)

I've been using this as a carry on for short business trips and it's perfect. It's been holding up well, even when it occasionally needs to be gate checked (although I wouldn't get it with the plan to always check it). I like that there's a couple different pockets and it's not too heavy.

Bought a few days before a 2 week trip & learned in the wee morninng hours as I was leaving for airport that this suitcase does not stand up on it's own. It topples forward once it is packed. Terrible in the airport, at the hotel etc. Kept falling over & had to rest is against something & then pin it with my leg so it wouldn't slide down the wall. What a joke. It's going back even though I hd to use it. Fingers crossed.

My husband originally purchased this suitcase for a quick domestic flight because he didn't want to check a bag. The suitcase quickly became my favorite bag because of it's size, weight and durability. Was a great carry-on for both domestic and international flights and all of the UK trains in between.

I bought this suit case for an overseas trip with the hopes that it would fit the carry on compartment for flying. It is advertised as a 21" suitcase, but measures 22.5 inches. I measured several using two different tools. Max for carry on is 22 inches. I'm going to make a special trip to the airport to see if it fits the luggage sizer. Very hesitant about using it as a carry-on since I'll have some in country flights on foreign airlines. And it's much smaller than I need for a checked bag. Frustrated and disappointed.

I bought 2 of this carry on suitcases to use as carry on on an overseas trip, as soon as we arrived to our first destination ne of the handles stopped working and it will always slide down. The other one is OK, it was a long trip and as we came back and tried to contact the company to exchange it, we received a message stating the return/exchange window has expired...I am sad and dissappointed at this
