[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear came as an Influencer giveaway. The material is soft and stretchy. The crotch area is lined with an absorbent material. Typical leak proof pants usually have a much larger area for absorbency so I would say these would be better for light needs. I wasn't impressed with the full Velcro sides, that made them a bit scratchy. For your average person, that's not necessary, but for someone in the role as a caregiver, then it might be useful. I tested the absorbency with water and found it handled light, slow flows best. Overall these are decent, but I'm going to use my seamstress skills to remove the Velcro sides.

Smooth fitting and doesn't show through clothes including yoga pants. Expensive up front but I'm saving by washing them. Saving the planet from all the disposable trash too. Win win for everyone 😊

I have extremely heavy periods and also have some bladder leaks from time to time and I was happy to receive these to try. At first glance I really like how they look like any other underwear. They are very stretchy like spandex which I really like. The absorbent pad is about the size of a pad so it covers really well for absorbing accidents with blood or urine. There is Velcro on each side of you choose to use it but I haven’t I just put them on like regular underwear. Would definitely recommmed
