I love this product in vanilla so I was really excited about the red velvet flavor, I read reviews that said it was too sweet which was exciting for me. It doesn’t taste anything like red velvet and it isn’t too sweet it just has a vitamin flavor. On its own it’s not delicious and mixed in with smoothies it’s really not good. Usually I can find something to match flavor profiles but this flavor has no direction.

It's easy to mix into non-dairy milk / its a palatable way to get a little extra protein in. I'm not convinced its entirely gluten free. If you aren't worried about whether its GF and you don't mind that it has a particularly bland flavor - it does work for cutting back on random snacking.

Many collagen powders I have tried caused me tummy troubles, but not this one. It's very gentle. I have not noticed any weight loss benefits personally but that doesn't mean it's not a helpful supplement.
