Small Stainless Desktop Wastebasket - Brightroom™

Target is wrong for trying to push these water cups as wastebaskets. They said small, but not microscopic. So disappointing.

I absolutely love this little desktop trashcan! It's visually appealing, solid, well designed, and the lid is a thick steel that flips. the body is steel and quite sturdy. the enamel doesn't seem to chip or scratch very easily. I bought it in two colors! It fits the up & up diaper waste disposal bags, too!

In the product description it says that the body is stainless. The only thing stainless is the top of the lid. The body is plastic, not stainless. Very disappointing since I only bought this because I thought it was stainless. The lid is weighted and the bottom part is plastic and that was broken when I received it.

Do I need this? No. But my inner Virgo likes having a tiny garbage can to put my used K-cups. I love it. Just FYI only the lid and base are stainless steel, the can part is plastic but for $6 no complaints.

This is smaller than expected, but looks great

I honestly thought this little desktop garbage can was a useless find when I first saw it, but it turned out to be a lifesaver. After constantly picking up what feels like a million Xbox batteries and trying to store them for recycling, I realized how perfect this was. It sits neatly on the gaming console, doesn’t take up much space, and works exactly as I needed. Definitely glad I went back and bought it!

This came with no lid. How disappointing. That’s not the way it’s advertised. Get it together, Target.

Good size for tabletop wastebasket. Has a little weight to it so it doesn’t tip over. Perfect for my needs. Already coming in very handy.

Love it just the right size

The size is perfectly small so it doesn’t take up a ton of space. FYI dog poop bags fit perfectly in it. We use the garbage with the poop bags in it to scoop cat litter and it’s been awesome

The size is perfect for keeping on a desk or nightstand. It would be nice if it came in more colors, but I love the convenience of it.

Great portable trash can or gadget holder with a swing top access.

It is a rather small trash can. Wished it was a little bigger, but it serves its purpose on my desk. It looks really nice & the material is steady.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for a small compact and easy to move trash can for my bathroom so that when I’m either applying makeup, putting on fake nails or lashes, or anything that gets dirty I can easily throw everything in the trash and not make a mess and this is perfect for all of the above. It’s lightweight and also I can flip it with my handle and not have to lift anything! I received an incentive to write this review.

It's a little taller than a 12oz can of soda. I put some stickers on mine. Great for small spaces like a desk or a car, but it's a little too small for regular garbage bags to fit. There is also no seperate plastic part that you can take out to clean like most trash cans. Maybe a sandwitch/ziploc bag could be used as liner?

I bought one of these last year for my bathroom vanity so I wouldn’t have to open the lower cabinet to get to the trash can for small things like q-tips and cotton balls. I love it! Maybe 6 months later, I decided I wanted another one for the living room end table (since people never want to get up and throw something small away immediately, but our dog has a tendency to nab used tissues and similar from the table). Much to my dismay, it seemed discontinued, so I spent a good amount of time looking for something similar on Amazon but eventually gave up. I was so surprised and excited to see these in store a few weeks ago! Seems like they’re targeting back-to-college season, but I think these should be a year-round Brightroom staple.
