use by date chicken

The use by date for the chicken breast I bought late this afternoon is for only 7 hours after I bought the chicken through the online pick up. I guess Target thought I was going to cook this package of chicken the minute I arrived home and eat it on the spot before the expire date in 7 hours. NOT! I am sick of the online ordering system always giving me the expired or nearly expired food. STOP it!!
